We are currently shipping to UK (including Northern Ireland), Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and USA.
United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)
- All orders are delivered via Royal Mail.
- We offer Standard and an Express shipping service.
- We aim to deliver your Standard order between 2-4 business days and express order 1-3 business days after payment has been processed.
- We do not track UK shipping orders.
- Can order up to 2000g for the delivery price.
- One unit can fit through a standard UK letter box.
- We offer Standard International shipping service which aims to deliver between 3-17 business days depending on where you are in the world.
- Please note we are a UK based company and all prices on the website are based on the current exchange rate to GBP (£).
- Your final order amount will be shown and processed in GBP.
- If you are located outside of the UK you may incur additional customs charges that are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Can order up to 5000g for the delivery price.
Subscription
Once you have ordered the subscription service, you will receive your first T.E.D. stockings as per the postage and delivery terms mentioned above. Your next stocking deliveries will fall under the subscription delivery terms that you choose at the outset. e.g. every 3 or 6 months. Your new pairs will be delivered automatically in order for you to start wearing the new pair so to provide you with the best functionality through the new arrival of your T.E.D. stockings. The delivery cycle then continues.
Supply Chain
Tedsox sources T.E.D. compression stocking which are manufactured in Costa Rica and concerning the supply chain, singular items which are ordered can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.
