Return and Refund Policy

  • Our medical devices are sealed hence once opened or any of the seals broken, are deemed non returnable and non refundable.
  • It is paramount you measure your leg accurately in order to obtain the correct compression sock size and colour to avoid this happening - See 'How it Works' and the 'Measure to Fit' button on our website. 
  • To return or exchange an unopened item, please email us on info@flyinghealth.co.uk highlighting your order number and our customer support team will do it best to help and guide you.
  • To be eligible for a return, products must not be opened and/or used. They must be returned to us in the exact condition you received them in. All packaging material must be undamaged, unused and intact.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your unopened return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • If the returned item is approved, then it will automatically credited to the original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • The refund will not include the import duties or the cost of delivery or return postage.
  • Return or exchange requests can be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The same applies to other medical items e.g. health and food supplements.
